Garvey Jonassaint

Garvey is an Assistant Asset Manager at Balashine Properties, where he focuses on the operations of current assets and the analysis of new investment opportunities. He works closely with Devon Caudle and the Facilities Team to oversee property operations, while also partnering with Garett Shiner on acquisition underwriting and investment analysis.

Prior to joining Balashine Properties, Garvey served as a Valuation Analyst with National Valuation Consultants (NVC) in its New York/New Jersey office. During his time at NVC, he appraised more than $1 billion in total property value across a diverse range of asset types and major markets, including Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, New York, and Boston.

Garvey holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. A suburban Philadelphia native, he is also a proud alumnus of Downingtown East High School.
