ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

The Assistant Property Manager assists and supports the Property Manager in order to maximize financial returns on real estate investments and maintain high levels of occupancy and tenant retention through coordination of leasing and business functions and the nurturing of superior tenant relations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Responsibilities

  • Tenant Lease Administration

  • Financial Reporting

  • Budgeting and Accounting

  • Supervision of Vendors and Facility Operations

Qualifications

  • College Degree

  • 3+ Years in Property Management

  • Experience with AvidXChange, Sage Timberline, Angus Anywhere and/or Kardin a plus

  • Broad understanding of finance, leasing, legal, marketing, construction, and tenant relations

BUILDING ENGINEER

The Building Engineer ensures peak operational efficiency of all assets, implements and maintains plans for regular review and improvement of building systems, and maintains high levels of customer service through prompt and professional responsiveness with all tenants, partners, and vendors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance

  • General Repairs

  • Tenant Service

  • Building Operation

  • Contractor Support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial (office) settings

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of building systems and components

  • Experience with BAS systems and CFC or other certifications a plus

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

The Property Accountant assists and supports the Property Manager by ensuring detailed and ongoing review of all financial obligations, providing complete and accurate reporting per loan and investor requirements, and recommending areas for continued improvement for reducing risk and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual business/budget plan

  • Prepare CAM and real estate tax reconciliations

  • Keep current with Timberline updates

  • Construction draws, lien waiver collections and change order review

  • Keep Rent Roll current and update with any tenant/lease changes or amendments

Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate

  • BA / BS Degree in Accounting

  • High level understanding of financial statements, cash flow, tenant reconciliation, variance reporting

  • Experience in: Timberline, AvidXChange and Kardin a plus

  • Accuracy is critical
