Ellen Dolan

Prior to joining the Balashine Properties team as the Lease Administrator, Ellen served 5 years as the Assistant Property Manager with Brookwood Management Partners in Ft. Washington, PA.  She has 15+ years’ experience as a Lease Administrator with mid-sized Commercial development and property management firms located in Birmingham, AL as well as 10+ years in various accounting positions in New York and Florida.Ellen has a daughter, who teaches in Birmingham, AL and a son, who owns a credit management company in Tampa, FL.  Ellen holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license, is a Dresher Woods Condo Association Board member, as well as a HBC Community Meals volunteer.
